This season, pool registration is only necessary if you need a NEW PASS! That's right, if you registered for the pool last year and have a VALID POOL PASS, you are considered registered and there is no further action necessary to gain access to the pool facility. Go grab your pool pass and read the very important information below.
Avoid the lines at the Community Center and Complete Your ONLINE New Pool Pass Registration Here! Tenants: Please be sure to include an owner/tenant release form or a copy of your lease.

VALID PASS (issued in 2011) EXPIRED PASS (you need a new pass) YOUR CURRENT PASS IS VALID IF:  You registered to use the pool in 2011. You're an adult and your pass has the year 12 PRINTED ON THE PASS. Your children did not turn 1,5,13 or 16 since August 2 of LAST YEAR or your child will not turn these ages before August 2, 2012. If you fall under these circumstances your pass is registered and it is not necessary to re-register your pass for the pool this season.  YOU WILL NEED A NEW PASS IF: You did not register last year. You've LOST your pool pass.  Your pass doesn't have the CURRENT YEAR 12. Your child has turned 1, 5, 13 or 16 since August 2 LAST YEAR or will turn any of these ages before August 2 of THIS YEAR. If you fall under ANY of these circumstances, YOU WILL NEED A NEW PASS AND MUST REGISTER FOR THE POOL BEFORE YOU CAN USE THE POOL! We strongly urge you to go now, seek out your pool pass wherever it may be and lay eyes on the pass to check if you are one of the lucky ones who is all set for the upcoming pool season. If you have ANY DOUBT whether your pass is valid or not, please contact the Association office PRIOR TO OPENING WEEKEND (May 26th, 2012) to ensure there is no additional action on your part necessary for you or a family member to enter the pool facility. Avoid late fees by registering prior to opening weekend! You may email the Association at or call 703-451-8563. Need a New Pool Pass? You have two options: 1.       Online Registration for a New Pool Pass: www.NewingtonForest.org Website registration is required and to register online, you will need your UNIT ID # which can be found in the upper right corner of your quarterly assessment bill reminder. You will be required to upload pictures to process your pool pass. The cost for a new pool pass is $5 PER PASS and this amount will be added to your quarterly assessment bill. Your new pass will be ready and waiting for you at the guard station of the pool anytime after opening weekend. 2.       In-person Registration for a New Pool Pass (at the Community Center):                 Wednesday May 16: 7-9pm                 Thursday May 17: 10am-12pm and 7-9pm                 Friday May 18: 10am-12pm and 7-9pm                 Saturday 10am-3pm We will be able to take your picture and process your pool pass at the Community Center. The cost is $5 per pass and you will need a picture or THE RESIDENT at the time of registration. MULTI-USE GUEST PASS Back by popular demand - the discounted multi-use guest pass! These passes are available to be purchased 10 visits for $30 or 20 visits for $60. These are available online or at in person and the       payment requirements are the same as stated above. Individual guest passes are still available for purchase by check or cash at the guard station on the date you plan to bring a guest. Individual guest passes cost $5 per guest per visit.
