The party room is approximately 450 square feet and will hold a maximum of 45 persons. More information available under the Resource Center tab, on the Association Forms page. Tennis Court Keys There are two tennis courts available to residents located in the Newington Forest community. One tennis court is located behind the pool facility on Southrun Rd and the other is located off Newington Forest Avenue. A key is required for entry and can be purchased at the Association office for $5.00, payable by cash or check (proof of address required). Pool Party Information Titan requires a minimum of two weeks’ notice for an after-hours pool party.  In addition to the pool rental fee that residents must pay NF there are fees for guard staff that must be paid to Titan prior to the party. Application must be made to NF 1st, if the pool is available on the date and hours in question.  NF will forward the application to Titan for review and staffing.  If Titan is unable to staff the party there will be no party, residents may not supply their own lifeguards or pool operators. Ballfield Use The ballfield on Southrun Rd. is open for use to community residents on a first come, first serve basis. Residents can reserve time slotsdurng the week for team practice. Weekends are not available for reservations and are strictly open on a first come, first serve basis. Trash Service Information Trash pickup is provided on Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling & Yard Waste pickup is provided on Mondays and Bulk Item pickup can be arranged in advance for pickup on Thursdays. Trash should be in appropriate containers and should not be placed out any sooner than the night before the scheduled pickup. Call Trash AWAY at 703-339-4560 to arrange for pickup of old appliances and other bulk items. Please note that appliances which contain FREON, such as refrigerators, freezers or heat pumps, cannot be picked up by the trash hauler.
