Board of Directors Meeting
Typically scheduled 7:30pm the first and third Tuesday of each month at the community center. Residents are welcome to attend.
Architectural Review Committee
Typically scheduled 7:30pm the second Wednesday of each month at the community center. This committee of residents meet together to review and approve or deny Architectural Change Requests (ACR) submitted for the previous month.
Annual Election Meeting
Held in place of the second scheduled Board of Directors meeting for the month of February. All Newington Forest residents are encouraged to attend and vote. This is a great opportunity for residents to hear from each candidate running for the Board and what they will bring to the community.
Pool Registration
Express pool registration begins in March and in-person registration begins in May.
