You will be asked to enter your Newington Forest ACCOUNT NUMBER and enter an ACCESS CODE. These are both your account number and can be found on your most current GHA/NFCA quartery statement (skip all the 000000 (zeros and start with the number 159...160...whatever your account number is).
This will verify ownership in the community, granting you access to community sensitive information and enable your ability to conduct certain transactions online (such as account balance and violation listing, vote in our Annual Election and Register for the Pool, view Board Meeting Minutes and Agenda).

Newington Forest is conveniently located in southern Fairfax County, easily accessible from I-95 and the Fairfax County Parkway. Fairfax Connector bus stops are located throughout the community allowing for trips to the Springfield/Franconia Metro, the Pentagon, the newly built National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), VRE, and National Airport(DCA).
