LATE POOL REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
LATE REGISTRATION FEE: $50.00 PER FAMILY
ALL REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WEEK. NO EXCEPTIONS!
IF NO NEW PASSES NEED TO BE MADE IN 2010 (Your passes contain a barcode, have 2010 on the front of them, and your children are not moving into a key age group that requires a new pass):
1. Fill out the Pool Registration form.
2. Place the completed registration form, along with a check for $50.00 (NO CASH) made payable to NFCA, in an envelope and drop it through the mail slot located in the brick wall to the left of the front door.
3. Beginning on June 3, 2010, passes will be processed once a week throughout the summer. The registration form and payment must be received at the Association office by end of business on Wednesday. The pool passes will be available for pickup at the pool the next day (Thursday) after 1:00 p.m.
IF NEW PASSES NEEDED FOR 2010:
1. Fill out the Pool Registration form.
2. You will need a new pass if you do not have 2010 on the front of your pass and/or you have children turning 1, 5, 13, or 16 by August 1, 2010. A picture will have to be provided to us for each person requiring a new pass. Place the completed registration form, pictures (with the names of each person written on the back), along with a check, payable to NFCA, for $50.00 plus $2.00 for each new pass (NO CASH) in an envelope and drop it through the mail slot located to the left of the front door.

The pool passes will be available for pickup at the pool the next day (Thursday) after 1:00 p.m.
NEW RESIDENTS WHO MOVED INTO THE COMMUNITY AFTER MAY 1, 2010 SHOULD CONTACT THE OFFICE, MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9:00 A.M. TO 1:00 P.M. AT 703-451-8563.
POOL REGISTRATION FORMS RECEIVED WITHOUT THE LATE REGISTRATION FEE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

Pool Pass Photo IDs
Pool Pass photo IDs will be made during regular registration. The cost for a new pass is $2.00. Children who have moved to an older age group must have a new ID photo taken. For the purposes of pool registration a child's age as of August 1, 2010 is the determining factor in whether a new pool pass is needed or not.
Want to use the Pool Memorial Day Weekend?
Please be sure that you register to use the pool by May 15th as we will be unable to process late registrations until after the pool opens on Memorial Day weekend. If you don't register by May 15th you will be unable to use the pool over the Memorial Day weekend.
Are you a Tenant in a Property?
If you are renting a property in the community you must supply NFCA with a current statement from the property owners transferring their pool privileges to you in order to complete the registration process. Even if you don't have this statement in hand be sure to register on time so that you don't have to pay the late registration fee.
